This is my second pair of Fitovers - I purchased my first pair, tortoise with gray lens, from a catalog in 1998 - for large frames eyeglasses - one of my best purchases ever!! I was unable to find Fitovers in any size after going to smaller frame eyeglasses, so I purchased another brand and was sorely disappointed because the only available amber color was too dark and worse - lens distortion! In meantime, I purchased prescription sunglasses- which I find inconvenient due to the constant switching back to prescription eyeglasses as I move in and out of sun/shadows. Finally, located the "real" Fitovers on Amazon- purchased the smaller frame with gray lens and I love them!! Lens color is perfect and no distortion! I would have preferred tortoise as opposed to the purple haze - but ok! My only wish is that the included strap could be attached at the opposite end of the ear piece-- it is designed for persons with short, short hair- otherwise, it gets caught in longer hair and pulls! Yes, pulls! So I purchase a strap with elastic bands on the end- and place to opposite end- easy on/easy off - and, as needed I hang glasses around back of my neck allowing strap hang down in front - so I know where my Fitovers are at all times- no loss, and ready to go!! Yes, I absolutely recommend Fitovers for eye/sight protection, for convenience! Definitely a quality product!! Many Thanks to Amazon for making this product available!!
