My teenage son, who is an avid fisherman, just had to have these. I almost didn't purchase them because of the price and his typical teenage lack of care for his things. However, am so glad I did as he wore them on a 2 week fishing trip and broke the arm off. No surprise. I boxed them up, sent them back to Smith for a repair (at NO charge), and they were promptly returned in "as good as new" condition. Can't recommend Smith enough as a quality product and stand up company.
