I didn't know TYR made anything but swim suits, but I took a chance on ordering the glasses with the purple lenses because they were specifically made for women and they look so cool. I have a hard time finding glasses that fit well because I have a smaller head. These are perfect! They have rubber grips on the nose and the arms that keep them in place, and they are a super lightweight material. The purple on the lens is not flashy, in fact I thought they sent me the wrong lenses at first because you can only see the purple at certain angles and lighting conditions. It looks kind of gold or just black when you can't see the purple. Looking through the lenses, they are a brownish tint which is perfect for all lighting conditions, even when it's getting a little dark or shady. They are polarized which is always a plus. They come with a nice hard zippered case. I thought I would use these only for sporty stuff, but they are actually stylish enough to wear for all occasions. Super happy I got these!
