Spy Optic Wayfarer Sunglasses - Polarized UV Protection, Classic Retro Style for Men & Women - Perfect for Driving, Beach, and Outdoor Activities

This is my second pair of helms, as my other set is bright colored and a little flashy. I wanted an all black version for a more low key look, and wear these much more than my other pair now. I avoid Ray-Bans and Oakleys just to be different, plus the shape of these work better for me, and have the specific look i'm going for.Why pay this much for these sunglasses is what a lot of people ask when they think they can get the same cheap plastic at a convenience store... but no these are nothing close. First the lenses are superb, so much clearer and no glare. Second, the frames are super durable... I don't treat my sunglasses with as much care as i should, and buying a set of nice shades that will last is better than constantly buying cheap garbage over and over.The only reason I'm giving this three stars is because I still love the look of them and they can be put back together fairly easily. After about 2 weeks, one of the arms fell off as I was unfolding them and ever since then has had trouble staying in place. Whenever I drop the sunglasses (not as often as I make it sound, but it still happens occasionally) the arm falls off. Whenever I'm too rough with unfolding them, the arm falls off, you get the picture.However, as long as you're WEARING them, the arm stays on and the sunglasses look great. I wear them all the time for varying levels of formality and get complimented on them fairly often as well.I WOULD buy them again, however I believe that the level of durability that they've shown means they should cost not quite as much as they seem much more like $30 sunglasses than the $63 plain black ones that I purchased.I have 5 pairs of spy sunglasses. These did not seem to be the quality as my others. I did not contact spy about my issue. I took one of the bows off one day and it rounded off the mount point. Not it falls off quite often when not on my head. They should have used a better method for this concept.I love the glasses just expected better qualityThis item came in 3 days earlier than expected, and I live in Hawaii. These shades are awesome. They are a classic shape. And every manufacturer has a model this style. But the Spy's are cheaper and the lens are far superior. And Spy's have an awesome warranty. I'm about to buy another model the "Discord."Good glasses. Have lasted three years and still work great. I would recommend.Child sizeLove them. Came 4 days after I ordered them !Block sun
