It fits my sunshades perfectly and helps block out the extra light- which helps prevent headaches. Also, I can fix my hair however I want and still wear the visor without messing it up- unlike wearing a hat. It is soft and made of a cushy foam type material so if you happen to bump it against something it won't hurt your head- like a hat with a normal stiff brim would. It has small elastic loops at the corners that you thread your sunglasses/glasses arms through that holds it still. There are additional teeny rubber bands for if you have thin arms on your glasses and need extra hold. All in all, this is an excellent product and I am so very happy I stumbled across this because it has made a huge difference in my life as silly as it sounds.
